If you are a classroom teacher, calls from outside the building should be going directly to your voice mail during the day. An exception would be if someone in the main office of the building took the call and transferred it manually to your classroom instead of sending it on to voice mail. If this is not the case, and you are receiving outside calls during the school day, you will need to contact tech support and let them know that there is a problem with TOD (time of day) ringing on your line. Tech support will want your name, yourr extension, your room, and the MAC number from the bottom of your phone.
